Ingredients: Serves 2
2 cups milk (steamed)
approx. 2tsp water
2 tablespoon instant coffee
2 tablespoon sugar
Method:
Mix sugar, instant coffee and 1 teaspoon of water in a mug. Using a spoon, whisk until the coffee mixture is light and creamy. Add more water if the mixture gets too stiff. A couple drops at a time.
Divide the coffee mixture between 2 cups. Add steamed milk. Mix well.

Brings back so many memories. In hostel, we would take turns to beat the coffee and sugar and then everybody who helped in beating would get a cup. Love coffee this way, but most of the times I am too lazy to do it for myself. I have a feeling I will be making coffee this way tomorrow! Love it, Prerna!
